Dear Ziggo Community,

How can I remove the TV part of my TV and Internet Package?
How much will be the cost of the new subscription?
Can I still keep the Disney+ premium free subscription without TV package?

A moderator (Ziggo employee) is able to remove TV from your subscription i.e. convert your subscription to Internet Only and will reply to this topic within a couple of days. Please enter your address details on this page, these are visible to moderators only. Keep in mind you will lose access to cloud recordings + Replay TV and Mediabox Next (Humax) and Next Mini STBs must be returned to Ziggo per Ziggo apparaten terugsturen | Klantenservice | Ziggo.
See Tarieven Internet | Klantenservice | Ziggo. Please post your current internet subscription. If it is outdated, you will have to select one of the current subscriptions as shown on the 'Tarieven' page and sign up for a new 1-year contract. Also, please specify whether you would to keep access to Ziggo GO (€ 7/month).
Yes, streaming services (managed through Televisie en streaming | Mijn Ziggo) are supported for Internet Only i.e. do not require a TV subscription.

Welcome at out Community! Good to do some check ups before you change your subscription. At this moment, you are still in a binding period for your current subscription, it will end 26-06-2026. To avoid a buyout sum, I would like to advise you to wait with removing services till the binding period has finished. You can make a request 3 months before ending. Check Klantenservice for our contact options.

Would I still pay a fine just to remove part of the subscription? If yes, how much would it be?

That depends of which parts you mean 🙂 Both Internet + TV are in binding. You can end Disney + with one month notice @GArc
