The number is not familiar. I am also not seeing a log in our system regarding the call. Also, without going into to much detail, to protect your privacy. I can indeed confirm, your contract is extended and this has been included with a move order.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Gebeld door +31304101138. Is dit nummer van Ziggo?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received a call offering to extend my contract. I explained that I had already extended it myself 2 months ago.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;They then asked me to confirm my postcode. I provided my current postcode, which is the one listed in my Ziggo account. The operator told me it was incorrect.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I assumed this was a call from one of Ziggo’s partners using outdated data. I explained that I had already informed Ziggo about my move and had extended the contract through my account.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The operator then insisted that I call customer service to report my move. When I asked why, given that Ziggo already has my updated address, she raised her voice and repeated that I still had to call. I raised my voice as well and said I didn’t have time for that. &lt;STRONG&gt;She ended the call.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Contacting customer service has become quite difficult. The chat option is unavailable, the phone system is only in Dutch, and understanding spoken information in Dutch is still challenging for me. Being asked to make an additional call to report something I have already updated in my account feels unnecessary, especially in 2026.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Goed dat je je postcode en huisnummer in je VodafoneZiggo community profiel hebt staan, deze zijn niet openbaar te zien, dan kunnen gelijk de juiste gegevens erbij gepakt worden door een VodafoneZiggo forum medewerker die de nodige actie kan ondernemen.&lt;/P&gt;

(And my phone number, obviously).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How could this have happened?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In addition, in the neighbouring &lt;A href="https://community.vodafoneziggo.nl/t5/Abonnement/Gebeld-door-31-30-410-11-32-Is-dit-nummer-van-Ziggo/m-p/1775841/highlight/true#M76119" target="_self"&gt;thread&lt;/A&gt;, your colleague &lt;a href="https://community.vodafoneziggo.nl/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/68466"&gt;@Alex&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;wrote that one of your partners uses the range from 03041011 01 to 03041011 31.&lt;BR /&gt;Perhaps they expanded the range they use? Or did they bring in subcontractors for this task?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it wasn't them, the fraudsters somehow got hold of my data and spoofed the number range of one of your suppliers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
