      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just received my modem for a Giganet upgrade. I didn't realise this would require a technician to install. The back&amp;nbsp;looks the same as the old connectbox but I couldn't get it to work. Is there no way to install this myself?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I am able to log into the admin page for the box. So you are thinking if the box stays plugged in for a while it might register?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Possible solution:&lt;BR /&gt; Try to reach the internet with another device connected to the modem's wifi.&lt;BR /&gt; It is possible that you will come across an Activation page that activates the modem.&lt;BR /&gt; This has happened before with these modems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
