I have been with Ziggo for many years already, and the reason of cancellation is because I am moving on to a different country. So I do not understand at all why, if I requested it yesterday, my cancellation date is set for 10-11-2023.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The date I am moving on is the 31th of May. I can provide proof of my new job contract in the other country and also I have de-registered in Netherlands already. So please, if we could close this topic, return the june subscription, and send me the instructions to return the modem (I have the original box, I only need the shipment confirmation).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Still nothing to worry about though. The invoices do indeed run through until the actual cancellation has happened. Meaning that you've now indeed received an invoice with the subscription costs for June, because the cancellation hasn't happened yet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The cancellation is still set for the 31st of May. After the 31st of May, any charges that were made after that date will automatically be refunded. You'll receive a final invoice for this, in which the amount charged for June will be refunded to you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
