Invoice: Fee for subscription change?

Hello ,

Even though we have an Internet XXL package with Ziggo for 52€ per month. An extra fee of 26 € was charged for a certain part of October, on top of 52 € for November, under the name of sucbription change. I don't understand why such a fee was charged even though I requested any additional package.

When I tried to reach line 1200 , I don't understand Dutch menu . Is there any line which I can talk directly with English menu ?

Hi @Gin75!

First of all, my English is not that good so I hope you can understand my explanation for the invoices!

So the invoice of August, is for July, August en September. So that is why that amount was higher dan normal. The second invoice (September) for one month with a discount. And the second invoice is for October but there was too much discount on the second invoice so that is why this invoice is higher. But in total you've had 3 months of 50% discount, that is a total of € 78 over the last couple of months. But there was € 20,96 too much of a discount... Please check the invoices and I hope that my explanation is clear enough! 🙂
