&lt;P&gt;I indeed see that the connection between your Vodafone and Ziggo account was lost but by the end of the day this was fixed. I made sure the tv-package is activated again and this will work within 24 hours. I'll send you an e-mail to confirm this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Ziggo,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I have both Vodafone and Ziggo contracts, I have been using the extra tv package 'Ziggo Sport Totaal' since September 25th. However, on the 31st of October the extra tv package has been suddenly deactivated and it does not seem possible to reactivate it again via the website/app (please see the attachment). Could you please help to resolve the issue or let me know what steps I should take to do this?
