How can I watch Halo S2 on SkyShowtime?

I have a Skyshowtime subscription, and if I look under "fantasy and SiFi" for "Halo", the result says there are two seasons available, but when I click on it and go to the information page, there is only season 1 offered. Halo season 2 officially came out on 9 Feb on Skyshowtime.

Any idea what is wrong?

you need to use the sky showtime app on the mediabox and have the extra subscription package either via paying for it , or claiming as extra package using vodafone combo , have tv max package which includes it

i watched the first 2 episodes on sky showtime just fine today (they are releasing 1 episode each week fyi )

Maybe it is only availlable with the Skyshowtime app. At this time there are two episodes each friday another one will be added.

Thanks both @MR_CHIP and @Garihd .

We do not use our mediabox anymore - only ZiggoGo on our tablets. Can I use a separate showtime app on my tablet and somehow sign in with my ziggo subscription?

@MR_CHIP My opening line said I have membership to SkyShowTime - it is via the extra package via the Vodafone combo. Is there another form or membership I should have (or did you just read my message too fast 😉

i havent read that sorry

use the login of the account you made/used during the linking of extra subscription it should also work via the app on a seperate devices like you said

@MR_CHIP Which app are you talking about? I use the ZiggoGo app on both windows, and Android and have even tried the web browser version, all with the same result - only Halo Season 1 is available, even though the listing says two seasons are available.

Or should I be using another app? I tried logging in to the SkyShowtime browser version and my Ziggo account did not work.

Failing any success this way, is there a way to contact Ziggo customer service to tell them they have a problem?

available in the google play store / apple app store

you should have a skyshowtime login use that in their own app

Thanks for the information, but I do not rememver every getting a skyshowtime specific login when I choose the package on Ziggo... I will dig around and see if I can find mention of it. If you know where I might find it, that would be cool

BTW, I see now when I log into ZiggoGo, that Halo season 2 is highlighted, and says on the image, that is only to be watched via the mediabox... sign.

@MR_CHIPOK, you lead me down the right path... I looked at my products under Ziggo, then to Manage my Streaming Serivces, and when I clicked on SkyShowtime, it said I had not yet full activated my account... so proceeded to do so, and that seems to have created a separate login for Showtime, as you suggested.

And low and behold! I can watch Season 2 now.
