      <description>Hello, excuse me, for few days already my phone is not able to get online due to the PDP Authentication Failure (as it is written). I tried to reload it and reset network settings. Nothing. Can you suggest smth? I'm in roaming now...</description>

      <description>Hi &lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;Pdp means that the settings aren't correct.&lt;BR /&gt;You can check this under mobile network. Eu internet has to be turned off, data roaming on and if you click on data network you have to fill in an apn: live.vodafone.com or office.vodafone.nl &lt;BR /&gt;Username is vodafone and password is vodafone.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>If the tip from  doesn't work, you can always reinstall whatsapp. Buy before you do that, don't forget to make a backup from the conversations. You can do this to go to whatsapp, settings, chat settings and then chat backup.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
