Tethering /hot spot use while on prepaid

Trying to get my gal on my data, for her phone while we're on holidays, and not in a wifi zone, and I can get her on the network, but shows "no internet", and so she can't do anything useful.... Any tips or tricks? I'm going to try a reboot of my phone now.

Thank you Energieboy and Steven. Deleting all other APNs was the ticket. I had tried multiple variations of adjustments to the apn settings last night before bed, some took away my internet access all together, others did nothing, but all is good now. Thank you!
