Is there someone at Ziggo Zakelijk Pro Support who can actually do something to help?

I'm tired of getting the runaround and being transferred and given new phone numbers to call to try to resolve an issue. I cannot do this on my own and Ziggo promises "full support" from report to resolution, none of which they have done.

If there is any Ziggo representative monitoring this forum, PLEASE contact me.
