      <title>SIM shows NO Service</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My number was previously part of a business pool. After retiring it was moved to a consumer Start M subscription. I am now abroad (Singapore) and my SIM shows “No service”, so I cannot receive calls or SMS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please check and correct the roaming provisioning on my SIM?&lt;BR /&gt;- Enable international roaming + roaming outside the EU&lt;BR /&gt;- Activate the IR/CAMEL roaming profile&lt;BR /&gt;- Re‑push the roaming profile to my SIM&lt;BR /&gt;- Check that no roaming block or €0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since i cannot SMS or Call, how to contact the right person at Vodafone nl?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mikevv1&lt;/P&gt;</description>

To what precise network are you connected right now? You can check this via Go to your settings ----&amp;gt; mobile data ---&amp;gt; network operators. It is true that the data part does work from where you are?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You do have an bundle to be able to call and use data outside of the EU? With us its called an &lt;A href="https://www.vodafone.nl/abonnement/blox/voordeel-buiten-europa" target="_blank"&gt;Alles in 1 wereld bundle&lt;/A&gt;. Without it no bundle will work. On the other hand, the setting &lt;STRONG&gt;Roaming &lt;/STRONG&gt;also needs to be on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Still NO SERVICE&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm abroad and cannot call or SMS (full outbound failure)&lt;BR /&gt;Roaming is enabled on my device&lt;BR /&gt;I suspect backend provisioning / roaming flags not active&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Vodafone need to check:&lt;BR /&gt;Roaming status on my subscription&lt;BR /&gt;Outbound SMS routing&lt;BR /&gt;HLR/HSS profile completeness&lt;BR /&gt;Whether my SIM is fully migrated&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I did notice a part of the settings was still focused on the business part of the previous subscription. Which probably caused the issue. We have fixed this, usually you need to turn of your phone for 30 seconds. If that is not enough. Also do a network reset in your phone settings. Curious about how it is going now?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
