&lt;P&gt;So the information was in the email. But if you did not read this email. What else can an honest company do to inform you?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have huge concerns with Ziggo right now. I was connecting through message to get more information about my contract and improvements since we have recently got installed glassvessel in the neighborhood, and KPN is already offering that service so I thought I could see what Ziggo has in the area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, I did not learn about it because I go SO annoyed at learning that I have a contract that goes until June next year. It seems I have signed a contract in June last year, when ZIGGO called me to tell me that my TV device was old and that they were going to sent me the new device with improved blablabla.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At that point, I thought it was an improvement I was getting without asking for it, but i was never informed in that conversation that it would be tide to a two year contract. The information was in the email, but of course I did not read that. I would expect that an honest company would tell you this, not hide it in the terms and conditions of a new device they wanted me to have.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope this is good information to someone else. Read every single word they send you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;did it concern a new television (screen) or a new media box? If it concerns a TV screen, then it is logical that you are bound by a contract&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well… you did miss the part that it was ziggo who called me… “&lt;SPAN&gt;ZIGGO called me to tell me that my TV device was old and that they were going to sent me the new device”. They called me, I did not called them… if you as a company call me to tell me that my TV &amp;nbsp;control device is old and needs to be replaced by a new one, you need to tell me there in the phone call these terms about a 2 year contract… I did not call myself to ask for a&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;change of device or update… if you call me and don’t mention that contract which is not minor, then you are playing with me… and they did, and they did well… i don’t need you to agree with me… i just wanted&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;to express myself and let other a know and be aware… I didn’t read that attachment in the email cause I was expectong Ziggo to be an honest company.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;“…tell me that my &lt;STRONG&gt;TV &amp;nbsp;control device&lt;/STRONG&gt; is old and needs to be replaced by a new one…”&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is this about a TV or just a remote control?&amp;nbsp;Or is this about replacing a media box?&lt;BR /&gt;Please help me out and explain to understand what is happening.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;sorry for the miss understanding but I was referring to the media box…&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and my issue comes from a place that I thought ziggo was putting their customers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;first, and i was wrong… back then I was surprised that they were&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;giving me this, and I thought “customer focus”… so now I know it was not that, I want everyone else to be aware&lt;/P&gt;</description>
