    <description>&lt;P&gt;Solved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted Ziggo, and found the modem was in bridge mode. I had to connect a cable to port1. Other port does not work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a frequent disconnection of wifi for many years. Technician came several times, replaced cables and socket, but did not solve this problem. Today I thought I found a solution by reading this page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.ziggo.nl/t5/Internet/Wifi-valt-steeds-weg/m-p/382113#M46239" target="_blank"&gt;Opgelost: Re: Wifi valt steeds weg - Ziggo Community&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I attempted to log in 192.168.178.1, but cannot reach this page.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3 different PCs are used. Ethernet cable is directly plugged into a modem. All failed to open. Windows diagnosis said PC is ok, but problem exists in modem, it is not responding, contact internet provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is the only solution contacting Ziggo to ask technician to visit?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;try to reset the modem by pressing the reset button on the back with a needle or someting&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, this solved it for me.&lt;BR /&gt;According to helpdesk the IP was not changed from 192.168.178.1 when setting it in bridgemode, but apparently it is changed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
