Good afternoon. My contract is about to end next month and I'm not sure if it ends or renews automatically or whether I need to send a cancellation form? I would not like to continue with Ziggo due to the high costs thus don't want the contract to be renewed.

Your contract changes automatically to a monthly contract and you can cancel per month.
Cancellation must be made one month in advance.
