Each group has one administrator. This administrator signs up for the 50 GB Family subscription. You can manage everything else in the Vodafone & Ziggo app, such as adding friends or family members with Family Member access, monitoring usage, and viewing your bills.
You share the data from your Family subscription with all members in your Family group. You need at least one 50 GB Family subscription and one Family Member subscription to start your group. After that, you can add up to 9 members. You'll receive one invoice for the entire group, but you don't all have to live at the same address.
Are you a new Vodafone customer? You can easily order one or more Family Member subscriptions through the Vodafone webshop. When selecting your subscription, click "Add group members" and select the number of additional subscriptions you want to order. Each Family Member subscription costs €17.50 per month. Are you also a Ziggo customer? Then you pay only €15 per month!
