Prepaid: How to stop automatically (monthly) bundle renew

Hi, I sent "STOP2GB" to 4000, but it says "Your request cannot be processed as your command is not recognised. Please check your command and try again." How can I stop the automatically bundle renew?

You can stop this bundle renew by text or My Vodafone. You can text: STOP 2GB MAAND to 4000. You can also stop the bundle in your My Vodafone account. Can you let me know if it worked out? 🙂

I tried with the same sentence "STOP 10GB MONTH" and sent it to 4000. It says I am not registered for 10GB Maandbundle even though I am. I can do any process via desktop "Vodafone account" or text. Please help me out. I want to activate the lower package. My data renewal date was 23rd Sept 2024; the next date is 24th Oct 2024.

I understand that you would like to get rid of that bundle. That is no problem, I have now submitted a request not to renew this bundle as of October 23. Check whether this also happens by then. And if you have any questions, feel free to ask them.
