Good afternoon. I am experiencing issue with gthe Next mini modem, for some reason it is not working and app is throwing an error CS2010. I have tried to connect it via cabel and WiFi, and while running diagnostics it showing no issues with connection. So it must be something with abonnement. I also tried to heractivieren but without success.

How did you acquire the box? The box only works if suplied by ziggo.
That you unplugged the Next Mini and your modem from the electricity circuit? Did this action resolved your problem?
Also have you tried to set your Next Mini to factory mode/Fabrieksinstellingen? Did this work for you?

That's not an answer to my question.
It was delivered by ziggo together with the wifi router.

Sorry to see that the connectiond did not work propper. When we check the signal and the devices, we do see that everything is up and running. Is it resolved in the mean time? Otherwise we will gladly hear from you again.
