New Order

Hello, 

I had placed an order of iPhone 11 and had to cancel it because the name on the contract and the name on my ID do not match. I need to place a new order and I need urgent assistance because communicating with the customer service has been a terrible experience so far. Either I get disconnected or get no response at all.
